Cleveland teen killed on icy highway [PHOTOS\VIDEO], Cleveland teen killed in wreck blamed on an icy highway. A 16-year-old Cleveland teenager was killed early Saturday on an icy highway due to a weather-related one-vehicle crash, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
The Cleveland teenager, Brock Lynn Norton, was pronounced dead at 2:07 a.m. at Saint Francis Hospital, according to the report.
Norton was travelling westbound on U.S. 64 just east of county road 177th West Avenue. At some point along the route, the young man lost control of his 2000 Ford F350, hit a guard rail and went airborne. Go here to read more, see the horrific photos and video.
