Roommate teen mini bombs [PHOTOS\VIDEO], A 19-year-old Russian man was arrested in Pennsylvania for allegedly being in possession of a weapon of mass destruction, police said.
Vladislav Miftakhov, a Russian citizen, was arrested Friday in Altoona, Pa., CNN reported.

police said they were investigating a reported marijuana-growing
operation allegedly involving Miftakhov when they discovered a homemade
