BofA takes squatter [PHOTO/VIDEO] to court, Bank of America (BofA) is taking a Florida squatter to court after
he tried to utilize an antiquated state law to legally take possession
of a $2.5 million mansion that the bank currently owns.

property since July, and police have reportedly been unable to evict
