 Track announcer Steven Blakesley identified the race car driver who kills his cousin as 17-year-old Chase Johnson of Penngrove, who has competed in more than 500 races, The Sacramento Bee reported. He was uninjured.

He filed the "Hot for Teacher" lawsuit Friday in U.S. District Court in Detroit against Oakland University's Board of Trustees, President Gary Russi and Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management Mary Beth Snyder.
