Leonardo DiCaprio buys the island - called Blackadore Cay - for $1.75
million a few years ago and is said to be partnering with the owners of
the Four Seasons Resorts chain to create the eco-resort.
Now the host of several eco-focussed tv programs, maybe he was inspired
to save the planet after purchasing his own Belizean isle. Purchased in
2005, the sprawling 104-acre island is located between mainland Belize
