1,193 cars get torched [PHOTO/VIDEO] in France, The 1,193 cars have been torched on New Year's Eve in France. The
act represented the continuation of an unfortunate tradition in the
country.
The last time such numbers were released was in
2009. Cars didn't fare much better that year as 1,147 vehicles went up
