Rocket launchers at LAPD buyback [PHOTOS/VIDEO], In an unexpected turn, rocket launchers at the LAPD gun buyback were
forfeited this week by individuals interested in trading their weapons
for gift cards.
The LAPD announced on Thursday that 2 rocket launchers were turned in, along with 75 assault weapons.
